I think Sheikah should be a race.
I also have a race of my own it's half Twili and Half Hylian. That way they can walk in the light but would be super effective against them in battle, have powerful magic like something higher than high (4). They will be extremely rare and will have no leader. Their leader is based on where they live. The legend color would be black.
Hytwilians Home: Anywhere Features: Humanoid, pointed ears, Pale blue-grey skin, strange glowing markings on their skin, Varying hair and eye colours, and black sclera Magic: Very High (4) Fantasy Counterpart: Dark/Night Elves Ruler: None
Racial Ability: Acute Sense- The Hytwilians have a natural ability that doubles their senses for five posts with a two post cooldown. Shadow Power- They Hytwilians have a natural ability that doubles their Magical and physical powers for five posts with a ten post cooldown.

Thank you for the suggestions, the sheikah are going to be an available race in the near future, though they 'locked' as of the moment since they are tied into the plot. As for the Hytwilians, sadly their not possible as of the moment. Since the beginning of Resonance's plot has the two worlds separate it wouldn't be feasible for a hybrid of Twili's and Hylians to exist yet. Though other Hybrids among the available races are acceptable and perhaps once the Twilight Realm is open to Hyrule the samwe will be true for that combination.

That's fine can I just make that character for now and reserve him for later? And what about the Rito race?

You may, but I can't guarantee when we'll be allowing that hybrid. And the Rito? you mean the bird people from Wind Waker?

*too lazy to get on mod account*
Now, I'm just going to give my two cents on this whole matter. Our admin can choose whether or not to acknowledge my words:
1) Such a hybrid, even if permitted in the near future, would have absolutely no characters within legal age of playable characters. At best, you'd be an infant. At worst, a fetus. You wouldn't be able to do anything without forcing the entire site to time skip a couple decades or so. And we don't want that. So your best bet is to just come up with a character with the races permitted rather than sit around, if you truly want to RP here, because any attempt at having a properly aged character of your hybrid idea would most likely involve either extreme mary-sue syndrome or breaking rules (if I had to guess, it'd end up with both).
2) The Rito are just bird zora. They roam the skies like Zora roam the seas. We already have a race that does that. See: Oocca. Having two races that serve essentially the same purpose would be redundant. We already have one which WAS present during Twilight Princess, and have altered it from its true canon state to permit more possibilities (making them into Rito in function in the process). You want a humanoid bird character? Make an Oocca, because as it is noted in the racial description, they can be humanoid with bird features rather than the chicken-bodied forms they had in the game.
I apologize if I seemed rude/blunt/etc. at any point in my response to this, though I see it as the most effective means of getting the point across. Again, these are just my thoughts, and the admin has the choice on whether or not to take them to heart.

Tuatha has explained it very well. Any hybrid of the Twili (Hylian or otherwise) would be infantile at best WHEN such a possibility would arise. I apologize if this is not entirely what you wanted to hear, but in keeping the site on the more canon side of things it is simply the way it is going to be.
Thank you for your suggestion though and if you have any further questions or suggestions you may post or PM me directly. Thank you
